Dear Client,
you are entitled to withdrawal from the courses purchased in our online catalog, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the course activation.

The only condition is not to have attended more than 25% of the course. In such case it will not be possible to proceed with the refund, not even within the “policy of termination” terms.

Refund timings and procedures
We commit to refund within fourteen (14) days from the refund request is sent to us by the user and received.
If the addressee of the purchased courses is different from who made the payment, the amount payed will be reimbursed to the latter.
