In compliance with art.1341 of the Italian Civil Code the User declares to have carefully read all the articles of the present agreement and to approve and accept them unreservedly, with specific reference to articles no. 8, 9, 10, 16, 24, 25, 28 (limitation on liability), 13 (duration and account termination), 17, 20 (user’s responsibilities and obligations), 22 (claims management), 31 (jurisdiction and competence), 33 (agreement assignment).
