Fare un orto naturale significa applicare i principi dell'economia circolare soprattutto al settore orticolo, puntando sul recupero delle risorse sottratte ma ancora in circolo come, per esempio, gli scarti alimentari facendo il compost o il recupero di sottoprodotti quali le potature, oppure interrando residui vegetali con una lavorazione minima. Questo approccio consente di diminuire la quantità di rifiuti prodotti e migliorare allo stesso tempo la produttività salvaguardando la biodiversità e la qualità dei prodotti.
In questo corso verranno gettate le basi per un approccio sulla coltivazione completamente naturale.
Course Objectives
- Fornire elementi base per coltivare l'orto in maniera naturale
- Iniziare a sviluppare la coltivazione in una logica basata sul recupero e sul riciclo
- Contribuire allo sviluppo di un percorso sull'auto produzione di ortaggi
Course Target
Adatto ad appassionati e principianti che desiderano sperimentare una nuova metodologia di coltivazione più naturale rispetto ai metodi tradizionali (biologico, convenzionale, ecc.). In questo corso vengono fornite le nozioni base per poter iniziare a lavorare un orto naturale all'aperto e sul terrazzo/balcone.
